DOERKEN PROPERTIES, INC. (and its subsidiary companies) is a multi-faceted real estate investment company with expertise in management, development/redevelopment, finance, and leasing. The main focus of the firm is the acquisition, renovation, management, and development of shopping centers between 70,000 and 350,000 square feet; providing mezzanine financing and/or project equity for real estate assets; and the operation and development of health care facilities between 5,000 and 7,000 square feet. The firm also has extensive experience in residential development and in acquiring and entitling land tracts for development.

The corporate philosophy is to manage, develop, and/or renovate properties to institutional quality standards to benefit the company, its tenants, and the adjacent community. This is particularly important to the long term value of the company, as it has held 65% of its projects in excess of five years after completion.
