Target Markets

The Southwestern United States with primary focus in Southern & Northern California

Demographics

Variable, but prefer master-planned communities and areas with a high percentage of home ownership.

Broker Commissions

We recognize brokers and value our broker relationships. We will submit "net offers" to Sellers with separate commission agreements where necessary.

Investment and quality levels

"B-" to "A+" Centers valued between $3,000,000 and $40,000,000.

Minimum Submittal Requirements for retail development parcels

Site plan, physical description, photographs, rent roll, aerial photo, lease abstracts, tenant sales, sale & lease comparables, demographics, and purchase terms. An Argus or Project run on diskette is highly desirable.

We respond to all complete submittals within 72 hours.
