Overview

Currently Doerken Properties is developing and/or redeveloping several properties, and is actively looking for new opportunities for "ground up" development or rehabilitation of existing, under-performing shopping centers.

Projects in Development

Sacramento , CA K-Mart Shopping Center
An affiliate of Doerken Properties acquired the 132,630 square foot K-Mart Shopping Center on Stockton Blvd in May 2007 and plans a remerchandising, including new pad and in-line leasing opportunities.

Cottonwood Heights, UT Hillside Plaza
An affiliate of Doerken Properties, Inc. acquired the 140,187 square foot shopping center located at the SEC of Fort Union Boulevards and 2300 East in Cottonwood Heights, Utah, a suburb south of Salt Lake City. The center is currently anchored by Reams Market and Rite Aid. New pad space is being constructed, and anchor tenant opportunities may be available.

Murray, UT Oakwood Village
An affiliate of Doerken Properties completed a center-wide remodel and construction of new pad building in 2007, adding nearly 45,000 square feet to the shopping center, which now stands at 125,781 leasable square feet. Leasing opportunities are available in both in-line and pad building shop space.

Rohnert Park, CA Expressway Mall
An affiliate of Doerken Properties, Inc. acquired Expressway Center in Rohnert Park, California in 2003 and completed the development of a new multi-tenant pad building in June 2006. Anchored by Food Maxx (Save-Mart), PetsMart, and Anna's Linens, the center is currently undergoing a remerchandising with anchor space also available.

Dublin, CA Shamrock Village Marketplace
An affiliate of Doerken Properties completed the redevelopment of this shopping center in the fall of 2006, including the construction of a new multi-tenant pad building. The center offers immediate access to high-traffic San Ramon Boulevard, Amador Valley Road, and the 680 and 580 Freeways.

Upland, CA Upland Center
An affiliate of Doerken Properties acquired the 65,325 square foot Upland Plaza Shopping Center in 2006 and plans on remerchandising the center in late 2007 and 2008.

West Valley City, UT In Development
An affiliate of Doerken Properties purchased approximately 14 acres of land located at the SE4C of 5600 West and 3500 South in West Valley City, Utah. A community shopping center is in pre-development. Construction to begin in 2007.
