Employee Directory Key Officers PETER W. DOERKEN Peter W. Doerken is the Chief Executive Officer of Doerken Properties, Inc. Mr. Doerken has over 25 years of direct real estate development, renovation, construction, financing, and leasing experience. Completed projects exceed 8 million square feet. This experience includes the development of several community shopping centers, a number of grocery anchored neighborhood centers, over 25 dental care facilities, and several multi-family residential projects, as well as office buildings, luxury homes, and residential subdivisions throughout the United States. His experience is evidenced by a successful track record of over 25 years in which he has developed and transacted property valued in excess of $3,100,000,000. Mr. Doerken is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (U.L.I.), International Council of Shopping Centers (I.C.S.C.), and has been a guest lecturer for I.C.S.C. and Crittenden conferences. ALLEN J. LYNCH, SCLS Allen J. Lynch is the President of Doerken Properties, Inc. and Doerken Real Estate Services overseeing all investment and operations activities. Mr. Lynch holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). Since 1982, he has been the Project Manager/Development Partner on over 6 million square feet of completed development, and has worked throughout California, Utah, Oregon, Washington, Florida, Georgia, the Carolinas, Wyoming, and Idaho. Mr. Lynch has owned his own real estate consulting firm, The Lynch Group Inc., since 1991, and in addition to his work with Doerken Properties, Mr. Lynch has served since 1993 as the President of Chesterfield Holdings (U.S.) Inc. and its subsidiaries, the United States investment subsidiary of Quintain Estates plc, a publicly-held London-based property company. From 1985-1990, Mr. Lynch was a Vice President of The Festival Companies in Los Angeles, a major developer of promotional and community shopping centers throughout the United States. Mr. Lynch is a licensed California Real Estate Broker. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), holds the I.C.S.C. Senior Certified Leasing Specialist (SCLS) designation, and recently completed 10 years of service as a Commissioner on the City of Manhattan Beach (CA) Board of Building Appeals. He serves on several non-profit Boards of Directors, is a member of the UCLA Alumni Association, has been a guest lecturer for ICSC, Crittenden, and the UCLA Real Estate Extension programs, and is one of the founders and current President of WestCoast Sports Associates, which has funded over $2.0 million to youth sports programs in disadvantaged areas of Southern California since 1995. SHARON I. SELLSTROM, CPA Sharon Sellstrom is the Chief Financial Officer of Doerken Properties, Inc. and Doerken Real Estate Services, overseeing all finance, accounting, taxation, and estate planning of these companies, controlled entities and their owners. Ms. Sellstrom holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in accounting and finance from the University of Southern California (USC). Ms. Sellstrom began her career at Arthur Young & Co, after which she became the VP, Tax Director, Controller and Executive Director of several ultra-high net worth individuals and prominent California families. Throughout 25 years of service to these family offices, Ms. Sellstrom was responsible for overall tax planning and oversaw the management of substantial portfolios of public securities, real estate assets, oil & gas properties and private equity by means of trusts, partnerships, S Corporations and LLCs. Ms Sellstrom brings a wealth of financial, tax and management expertise to Doerken Properties.

Fred Vitt is Vice President, Asset Management
for Doerken Properties, Inc and Doerken Real Estate Services. He holds
Bachelor of Science Degrees in Accounting and Management from Mankato State
University in Mankato, Minnesota. As Vice President, Asset Management, Mr.
Vitt is responsible for the leasing, operations and management of a retail
portfolio of over 1.2 Million square feet in Los Angeles, Orange, Sonoma,
San Bernadino, Marin and Alameda counties.
In 2002, Mr. Vitt was Regional Vice President
of Safeway, Inc. in Chicago, Illinois where he was responsible for the
leasing of excess properties in the eastern half of the United States. From
1997 –2002, Mr. Vitt was Regional Vice President of General Growth
Properties, a major manager, developer and owner of regional shopping
centers throughout the United States. Mr. Vitt was responsible for 8
regional malls in the Los Angeles, Chicago, San Francisco, Nashville and
Myrtle Beach areas totaling approximately 8,000,000 square feet. From 1992-
1997, Mr. Vitt served as General Manager of regional malls located in
Illinois, Iowa, Washington and California for General Growth. Prior to
1992, Mr. Vitt served as operations manager for Rubloff, Inc. in Chicago, a
major developer and owner of industrial, office, residential and retail
community centers.
He is an active member of the International
Council of Shopping Centers (I.C.S.C.) and holds the I.C.S.C. Certified
Shopping Center Manager (CSM) designation.

] KYM ANDERSON Kym Anderson
is the Regional Director of Property Management for Doerken Properties, Inc. Ms.
Anderson has a diverse background of managing malls, power, neighborhood,
and specialty centers. She holds an Associate of Arts/Business Administration
from University of Utah. Ms. Anderson
has been responsible for the management of centers from 45,000 to 1,000,000
square feet in both Southern California and Salt Lake City, Utah. Prior
to joining DPI she worked for Farallon Real Estate Services Company in
Santa Monica, Koll Management Services in Irvine, and Sierra Capital in
Rolling Hills. Her broad experience ranges in all aspects of property
management, including leasing, leasing negotiation, tenant improvement,
and construction/rehab. Ms. Anderson has designed and implemented programs
for specialty leasing, marketing, and operations. She has a proven track
record for turning non-performing centers into profitable centers. Ms. Anderson
is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (I.C.S.C.)
and a previous member of the Strategic Planning Fund Raising Committee
for the Long Beach Symphony. Her continuing education includes management
development programs and courses through I.C.S.C. (Shopping Center Management
I & II), Break-even Analysis for Small Business, Financial Analysis
of Shopping Centers, and University of Shopping Centers (Leasing Institute). [

] CHERYL MACARTHUR Cheryl MacArthur is a Regional Property Manager for Doerken Properties, Inc. Ms. MacArthur has a diverse back ground in Real Estate and Property Management. She holds a Real Estate Broker's license in the state of Utah and has been in all aspects of managing shopping centers, office buildings, government facilities, industrial parks, medical/dental office buildings and residential homes. Ms. MacArthur has been responsible for the management of commercial buildings and centers ranging from 30,000 to 1,200,000 square feet in Northern Utah and Idaho. Prior to joining DPI she worked for NAI Commercial Property Management, PM Realty and Coldwell Banker Premier Real Estate. Ms. MacArthur has been an active member of BOMA and IREM. [

] TARA MUZYCHENKO Tara Muzychenko is a Property Manager for Doerken Properties, Inc. Ms. Muzychenko currently manages a portfolio mix of retail, office and industrial properties in excess of 300,000 square feet of building space. Her responsibilities encompass all aspects of property management including tenant improvements, capital improvements/renovations, as well as lease renewals. Prior to working at Doerken Properties, Ms. Muzychenko worked for Hilton Hotel Corp. for 7 years as a Sales and Catering Manager and Director of Catering. She was also an active member of the U.S. Navy for 3 years in Jacksonville, Florida. Ms. Muzychenko is a licensed California Real Estate Agent and Notary Public. In her off time, Ms Muzychenko participates in volunteer work with Hospice of the Valley, an organization that supports terminally ill cancer patients and their families. [

] SUE KNAPP, CPM, RPA Sue Knapp is a Property Manager for Doerken Properties, Inc. Ms. Knapp has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Southern Illinois University and is a licensed California Real Estate Agent. She has been managing commercial properties since 1983 and holds both a Certified Property Manager designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management and a Real Property Administrator designation through the Building Owners and Managers Institute. She is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.. Prior to joining Doerken Properties, Ms. Knapp managed and/or leased space in retail centers, office buildings and light industrial parks throughout Northern California. Most recently, she was the General Manager for over 1,000,000 square feet of retail space for Pan Pacific Retail Properties and Western Properties Trust. [
