Northridge, CA
Porter Ranch Shopping Center &
Courtyard
The property, anchored by Whole Foods Market, is one of the most dominant neighborhood shopping centers within the community of Porter Ranch. Many long-term tenants since 1985. Located at the southeast corner of Tampa Avenue and Rinaldi Street, just north of the 118 freeway. Traffic counts at Tampa Avenue (an on/off ramp to the 118 freeway) and Rinaldi are in excess of 35,000 cars per day.
Encino, CA

This lifestyle center was remodeled in 2001 to add a new pedestrian colonnade entry and Bed Bath & Beyond store, as well as a new access from street-level parking for 203 cars. Over 470 total shopping center parking spaces. The Center's prime Ventura frontage exceeds 370 feet. Subterranean Bally's Fitness has its own parking field on subterranean level with 267 parking spaces. Daily traffic count exceeds 53,000 cars. This project was acquired in 1999 and sold in 2003 following a major remodel.
Mission Viejo, CA
Mission Foothill Marketplace
This neighborhood center built in 1997 serves Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, and Foothill Ranch, and is located at the Los Alisos Boulevard off ramp from the Foothill Corridor (SR 241). Over 230 multi-family units and 580 homes currently under construction in immediate trade area. Parking exceeds 5:1000. Ground lease, build-to-suit, and sale pod opportunities available.
